Summary: I checked in quite late maybe around 10:30. The person checking me in seemed distracted, she was ready to punch out. We got to our room and we’re trying to unpack, but I noticed slugs on the wall. When we noticed notified the front desk, they seemed concerned. They offered us to change rooms, but we were tired and didn’t really want to do that. We asked them if someone could just come and remove them and they did not offer or apologize or anything. So we ended up moving rooms. After we had plugged in our phones for charging at the bedside table after about half an hour or 20 minutes the line started to crackle and the light started to blink and then it just shut off.By this time, we were too tired to change rooms again, but ended up having to turn off power to the whole headboard system because we were afraid it was dangerous. We just had a bad experience.
